Right of cancellation

Consumers are entitled to withdraw their binding offer within two weeks
without explanation, either in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by return
of goods. This period starts no sooner than with the receipt of this policy.
The punctual dispatch of the cancellation or the merchandise suffices to

Cancellation Consequences

In the event of successful withdrawal, any and all services received are to
be returned, and any and all utilisations (e.g. interest) surrendered. In the
event you are unable to return the rendered service either in full or in part
or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be obligated to compensate
us respectively. This does not apply in the case of surrendered
merchandise if the deterioration of the merchandise can be solely
attributed to its inspection - as would have been possible in a store.
Furthermore you can avoid this obligation for compensation by not using
the merchandise as an owned would and by refraining from anything
which affects its value.  Package transportable merchandise is to be
returned. Merchandise not suitable for parcel shipment will be picked up at
your location. The return shipping is to be at your expense if the product
delivered corresponds with the product ordered and the price of the
product to be returned does not exceed a value of 40 Euro or, for higher
product prices, if you have not yet rendered return 
services or a contractual partial shipment at the time of cancellation.
Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge to you. You must fulfil
obligations for the reimbursement of payments within 30 days after
submitting your cancellation notice.
