Purchase Order
If you have found a product you wish to purchase, you may add it to your
cart, non-binding, by clicking the "Add to basket" button or the "Add to
basket" icon. You may review the contents of your shopping basket at any
time and without obligation, by clicking the "Shopping Basket" button. You
may remove the products from the shopping basket at any time by
clicking the "Delete" button or the "Delete" icon. To purchase the products
in your shopping basket, simply click the "Check Out" button. You will
then be prompted to enter your personal information, to select the
payment method and confirm your acknowledgement of the customer
information. You may cancel the ordering process at any time or complete
it by clicking the "Submit Order" button.

 

Conclusion of contract
The contract language is German. Product images within the online shop
do not pose a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue.
Upon entering your personal information and clicking the "Submit Order"
button in the next step of the ordering process you are submitting a
binding order for the items contained in your shopping basket. Once your
order has been submitted you will promptly be sent an order
acknowledgement. The purchase contract is completed with our order
acknowledgement or shipment of goods.

 
Storing of the contract text
The text of the contract is stored. You may view the General Conditions of
Contract at any time under "GTCs" and save them to your PC. The
concrete order information and the General Conditions of Contract will also
be sent to you via e-mail and, once registered, can be viewed in the Login
area.

 

Pricing
The prices are final prices and are understood
to include statutory value added tax in the amount of currently 19%.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs are based on the quantity of goods ordered as well as
the shipping method and will be clearly communicated to you prior to your
submitting your binding order.

Payment methods
The invoice amount can be paid by prepayment, bank debit, credit card
(Mastercard or Visa), C.o.D. or on account. Further details (e.g. time of
payment) are provided to you when selecting the respective payment
method.

 

Delivery
We only ship within Germany. Please refer to the product description for
the anticipated delivery time. If no specifications are made, the delivery
will take place within 30 days upon acceptance of your order.
